MARIA'S HIGHLIGHTS:
Since joining Coffee Time News in September 2022, Maria has become one of the longest-serving and most productive members of our team, contributing in one way or another to more than twenty interviews. Maria also holds a special place in our history as the first student to serve as an Editor for Coffee Time News, taking on important responsibilities as our publication and interview archive continued to grow. As Coffee Time News has expanded, we have added another Co-Editor to share those responsibilities and help manage our increasing volume of work. Maria's extensive experience with interviewing, transcription, translation and editing continues to make her a valuable member of our editorial team, and we look forward to her bringing that experience to many more projects in the future.

Maria, who is an accomplished flautist, learned a lot from Michael Shrieve, including the power of improvisation.
She was fortunate enough to receive a copy of his Spellbinder release as well as a collection of memorabilia.

MARIA'S FAVORITES / INTERESTS:
Maria's interests are varied, which is one of the qualities that makes her such an effective member of our staff. She is an experienced flautist who is as comfortable on stage as she is in the classroom. She is also president of her class and enjoys analysing and discussing complex political and social issues. Maria ranks in the top 2% of her class, reflecting her strong dedication to education and academic achievement.
Maria went on the road to interview Democrash and Sky Cries Mary in Lisbon. She helped coordinate a large roundtable interview with her teammates Maria Tomas and Francisca.
